Four weeks have passed. The season always feels more officially in full swing when October hits. Here are the week’s notes:

• My first monthly accuracy update is here. (Upshot is most things look good except week 1’s QB projections.)

• There will not be a Kicker discussion post on Thursday this week. I will come back with the consensus on Saturday.

• I’m really happy with my new analysis of “How a good model helps you rather than just using past D/ST fantasy scores”. Please have a read!

Model Update: This past Saturday, I completed my latest model upgrade. While I started the season touting the new “early season models”, we are now late enough to start turning to “mid-season”. How much to mix the two models, in weeks 4 and 5? That was the question— and it has a different answer for each model.
