Prevailing opinions about QB:

• Wait to draft a later-round QB, because other positions have higher replacement value early in the draft.  Verdict: Generally true. 

• Rushing QBs provide a safer floor because QB rushing yards are weighted strongly in fantasy scoring.  Verdict: Generally true, but not a “secret” anymore.  It’s baked into rankings.

• Quarterbacks with bad defenses are good targets, because they will have to throw more in Garbage time.  Verdict: False.  There is almost no trend. Weak defenses pull down the team, and QB desperation increases uncertainty.  Some weak defenses might even be blamed for keeping the offense off the field.
